London’s first purpose built Polyclinic was commissioned by Redbridge PCT and opened in May 2009. Serving up to 50,000 local people, the new centre offers early and late appointments 7 days a week for a comprehensive range of services including diagnostics, audiology, phlebotomy, foot & eye clinics and many others traditionally provided only in Hospitals. To promote healthy living, there is a well-being clinic, a cardio-physiotherapy unit and gym, and a ‘100 hour’ pharmacy with consulting facilities. On a busy residential road, the 4 storey building is a contemporary landmark and features a spacious top-lit waiting area with open plan lounge, café and main reception.
